What if I already have a spiritual path or religion that I follow?
Just as any person of any faith or tradition can practice Yoga, the same is true with these practices of Kabbalah that I will be sharing. All that is recommended is an open mind and heart. Folks of all traditions, religions and ways are welcome here.
It is both my pleasure and passion to assist people on their quest for the deepest satisfaction, understanding, and experience of what it means to be ALIVE. My hope and prayer is that together we can feel more deeply the pains, hurts and owies, as well as, the joy, love, bliss and happiness. The rewards are great if we do not shrink or hold back as we traverse the full spectrum of human experience.
That means crying when we are hurt, sad or disappointed and seeking nurturance from self and others. It also means laughing, dancing and celebrating inside the self, as well as inviting others to join in so we may share these gifts. We have much to learn and teach each other from sharing this journey together.
“Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing there is a field. I’ll meet you there.”
“When the soul lies down in that grass, the world is too full to talk about. Ideas, language, even the phrase ‘each other’ doesn’t make any sense.”
